That's the name Delaney came up with for her fund raising efforts for World Vision (www.worldvision.com). She has been very inspired to raise money to sponsor a child or contribute to getting animals for a family in an underprivileged country. She especially has a heart for Haiti. She decided on a bake sale to start so....
...my muchachos and I baked a ton of cookies this morning with more in the fridge to still bake besides!! We're going to try to get to the library still (LOL!) for a summer reading program activity and stop for hamburgers on the way! I suspect we'll be a little late:). There's no way I'm figuring out lunch after the amount of baking we've done....
Sorry we've been behind on posts. As I look at pictures I'm inspired to catch up! Summer has been great fun so far...Papa Mike has visited, we've gotten the garden planted and Old Settlers' Day is coming up Sunday (a favorite tradition complete with ice cream and fireworks!)
